It's been almost two years since I updated my personal website, and my skill set has evolved significantly since then. Not to mention my path has shifted over the last few years, so I figured it was time to update my online story.

This website is phase one of a three stage transition from WordPress to Webflow which will take place between the publishing of this post and the end of the year. The goal is to have the full site live by Jan 1st so I can kick off 2020 with a bang.

There is nothing templated or cookie-cutter on this site, so I expect to find a few bugs here and there as I go through a round of live testing. If you find anything out of place or run into any issues, please send me a message by clicking the little chat icon in the lower left corner of your screen.

My old website was mostly focused on telling the story of my big picture mission but ignored the things I do to pay my bills along the way. Considering the amount of traffic I generate, it seemed silly not to reshape that message, capitalize on that traffic and see if I can't leverage it to help me reach my online goals.

That being said, the focus of my new website will be to show off my new skills, showcase my work over the last couple years, and attract new clients. I will also be looking to formalize my creative and sales processes so that can scale some of that stuff too.

I also find myself more committed than ever to helping others navigate the journey I have made over the last few years as it relates to finding my voice, quitting my job, and carving my own career path.

As part of this project, I will be opening a members only section and most of my attention moving forward will be devoted to building educational resources for people looking to do the same thing in their own lives.

This means I will be creating video courses, web templates, and other digital tools designed to help online content creators monetize their online efforts.

For now that means that the content I create moving forward will revolve around the following concepts almost exclusively.

  1. Finding your voice
  2. Building your brand
  3. Becoming your own boss

I got into this game because I wanted to share my unique thoughts and ideas with the world. I am not longer doing that regularly, and it has left part of me feeling incomplete. I expect to change that over the year or so as I make up for lost time.

I am not sure how all of these pieces will come together just yet, and there are a lot of moving parts which will need to be integrated along the way, but I am ready to start sharing all of the things I have been working on over the last few years with a larger audience in an effort to advance the cause.

Things are about to speed up significantly all around us, and we have a lot of work to do along the way.

Welcome to the all new Raymmar.com
